We do not sell or share any of our customers' information.
Payments
- We accept Paypal as well as Visa & Mastercard. We accept US funds only.
- Credit card being declined when you know you it should work? Usually this is due to your billing and shipping addresses not matching those on your credit card account. It's part of our merchant services fraud prevention system.
Shipping
- We offer USPS or UPS for orders within the 48 contiguous states.
- We use USPS for all international orders. Please be advised that occasionally international orders may have shipping adjustments. We use a live link with the US Postal Service, but there are occasionally irregularities in their quotes.
- Please Note:
- The United States Postal Service says the following about their Priority Mail service on their website:
" Now you can have delivery of documents and packages made in an average of 2-3 days."
Packages may take longer than 3 days to arrive. This is especially true near any holiday. - UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
- Most orders take 3-4 business days to ship. DiaperKit is a WAHM owned & operated business. In other words, it's a one woman show.
Hours
I am a WAHM, so my hours do vary quite a bit, but generally, I am available and processing orders Monday-Friday.
Returns
We are unable to accept diaper kit returns once any alteration has
been made to them. This includes sewing, marking, washing or cutting
of any part (including the elastic). We will not accept returns
that arrive to us distorted or stretched out. We will
accept exchanges or returns on unaltered kits within 30 days of
purchase with original packing slip included. The customer is responsible
for the cost of return shipping. We charge a 10% restocking fee
for returns. Refunds/exchanges are based on product cost only and do not include shipping.

Order Cancellations
Requests to cancel an order can only be done prior to the order shipping and will be charged a fee of $3.00 if the order is placed using a credit card. I am charged fees for the initial order payment and am charged again when I refund a card. PayPal orders are not subject to these fees.
