Diaper covers go on over a fitted diaper. Our diaper cover is a very easy to sew PUL cover with fold over elastic binding.

Along with the PUL cut out we include precut Touch Tape, size tags, elastic and a smaller “scrap” piece of fabric to practice your elastic stitch with.

PUL: 100% Polyester fabric laminated on one side to create a breathable yet moisture resistant fabric. Probably the most widely used fabric for diaper covers and All-In-One outer layers.
