Flannel Fitted Diaper Kit

Our fitted diapers can be turned & topstitched with a standard sewing machine or serged with a serger. Turning & topstitching gives a smooth, trim fit with no ruffling. Serged diapers can have matching or contrasting threads. These diapers have a ruffled look at the back and the leg openings. Both styles can be made with internal or external soakers. Along with the diaper and soaker layer cut outs we include precut Touch Tape, size tags, elastic and a smaller “scrap” piece of fabric to practice your elastic stitch with.

100% Cotton Conventional Flannel: Conventional just means it’s not organic. Soft, White, absorbent, and economical. Makes very trim diapers. A woven (non-stretchy) fabric, this makes an excellent fabric for beginning seamstresses to work with. Each diaper is 4 body layers, 3 soaker layers.
